1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClickAffora ('the Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all publishers, advertisers, and influencers using our services.
2. Publisher Eligibility
To join ClickAffora as a publisher, you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid website, social media channel, or email list, and agree to promote brands honestly and ethically. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. Prohibited Activities
Publishers must not engage in: click fraud, cookie stuffing, or any form of fraudulent traffic; using bots, automated scripts, or fake accounts; misleading or deceptive advertising; promoting brands in prohibited categories (adult, gambling, etc. without prior approval); or spamming users via unsolicited messages.
4. Commission and Payment
Commissions are credited to your account upon confirmed conversion (after the brand's return/refund window). Payouts are processed monthly on or around the 1st of each month. Minimum payout threshold is $50. ClickAffora reserves the right to withhold payment if fraudulent activity is detected.
5. Tracking and Cookies
ClickAffora uses tracking technologies including cookies, pixels, and postback URLs to attribute conversions to publishers. Publishers must disclose to their audiences that affiliate links are used, as required by FTC guidelines and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions.
6. Intellectual Property
Brand creatives, logos, and marketing materials provided through ClickAffora are the property of the respective brands. Publishers may use these materials only for the purpose of promoting the brand through approved channels and must not modify them without written consent.
7. Account Termination
ClickAffora may suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, any pending earnings will be reviewed and may be forfeited if fraud is detected.
8. Limitation of Liability
ClickAffora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or through the platform of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
